Executive Director
Reports To: Board of Directors
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Annually
Position Summary
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive leader of the organization, providing visionary, strategic, operational, and financial leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors. The ED ensures strong organizational performance, fiscal responsibility, program excellence, and sustainable growth.
This role oversees all aspects of the Center’s operations, including client programs, fundraising, fiscal management, human resources, compliance, and community engagement. The ED also serves as the primary public spokesperson, representing the organization with confidence, compassion, and conviction.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Board in strategic planning, policy development, annual planning, budgeting, and program development.
- Lead and execute effective fundraising strategies, steward donor relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Oversee fiscal management, including budget oversight, financial analysis, internal controls, and clear reporting to the Board.
- Ensure programs align with the Center’s pro-life mission and deliver measurable impact.
- Serve as a confident public spokesperson, promoting the Center’s mission, programs, and community impact.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of trust, integrity, accountability, unity, and Christian reconciliation.
- Strengthen internal systems, encourage collaboration, and build a high-performing, mission-driven team.
- Think strategically and innovatively to solve problems and position the organization for long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably as Executive Director, CEO, or similar in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, with nonprofit experience preferred; pregnancy center or pro-life experience a plus.
- At least 3+ years of experience leading development initiatives, executing successful fundraising strategies, stewarding donors, and growing revenue.
- Strong financial literacy and experience managing organizational budgets.
- Proven ability in strategic thinking, program development, and organizational leadership.
- Warm, compassionate, and confident leader able to effectively direct staff and collaborate with a governing Board.
- Proficiency with organizational, financial, and fundraising technology platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), QuickBooks Online, and event management software; familiarity with Scribe.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Part-Time Positions
In addition to our Executive Director position, the Pregnancy Help Center is seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals for key outreach and client service roles. These
positions advance our life-affirming mission through community engagement, church partnerships, and direct client support. From representing the Center at events to
building local relationships with local organizations and providing compassionate client care, each role helps expand awareness of the Center and strengthen our impact. We
are looking for strong communicators with a collaborative spirit and a deep commitment to the sanctity of human life.
Community Outreach Coordinator
The Community Outreach Coordinator serves as a primary ambassador of the Pregnancy Help Center within the broader community. This role focuses on building and
maintaining strong partnerships with local organizations, schools, agencies, and healthcare providers to increase awareness of our services and referrals to the Clinic.
The Coordinator represents the Center at community events, develops and distributes promotional materials, recruits and supports volunteers, and identifies public speaking
opportunities to expand outreach efforts. This position is ideal for a highly organized, relational, and confident communicator who is passionate about advancing a life-

Client Services Assistant
The Client Services Assistant plays a vital role in supporting clients facing unplanned pregnancies by providing compassionate advocacy, practical assistance, and
administrative support. This position assists with client intake, scheduling, follow-up communication, and coordination of support services while working closely with the
Client Services Manager and medical personnel. In addition, the role includes youth outreach presentations and volunteer support. This opportunity is well-suited for

Church Relations Coordinator
The Church Relations Coordinator strengthens and expands partnerships between the Pregnancy Help Center and local churches by equipping clergy and congregations to share a compassionate, biblically grounded pro-life message. This role involves building relationships with pastors and ministry leaders, developing and delivering tailored presentations, distributing church resources, and supporting church-based events and fundraising initiatives. The Coordinator also tracks engagement efforts and helps shape outreach strategy to maximize impact within faith communities. This position is ideal for someone with a biblical worldview strong biblical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mobilizing the Church to actively support life-affirming ministry.
